  Bad News for us all
Simply/Namesco have sabataged Mad-Den traffic, Mad-Den UK, Mad-Den Games, Mad-Den Banners, Mad-Den Fansites and goodness knows what else.

Here is the scoop:

Namesco finally relented and agreed to release a set of ten domains registered to Matt B the guy who set up much of mad-den.

However they actually chose instead to distroy four of them by deleting the Registrar Tag effectivly eradicating the domain name. They did this yesterday around 1800 GMT

I am now putting out this call to all Mad-Den users to join with me in telling those folks that this sort of thing is just not the way a mature company should behave.

I have recorded a complaint with my local trading standards (address given) and you can feel free to contact them and say how you feel.

Further you can contact nominet or ICANN and tell them too.

If you want to tell nominet how this effects you: Nominet Complaints

more info on the conn artists company that purchased Simply: HERE

if effect you can contact your local trading standards (this one is for my area): http://www.kent.gov.uk/working/links/trading.html

Again postal address for my area:

PO Box 71

I'm sure that if you contact these poeple and complain that namesco have cost you a service (Mad-Den Traffic) they will be happy to hear from you and it will also help the case against namesco/simply.

Namesco can not even register thier own domains they are just resellers for melbourneit.com.au who you could also complain to. To complain to the actule domain registrar: Visit the site and tell them what you think of Namesco

Each detagged domain will cost £15 Plus VAT @ 17.5% = £17.63 ($33.00)

fortunatly there is a discount for bulk purchase but funds must now be located for this.

If you felt very strongly you could phone Namesco directly: +44 (0)870 120 8888 and complain
or write:

5 Moor Street,

It has been called a seat-of-your-pants traffic surf system. It has been called cool and new. It has even been called mum by very confused people. These are some tips for Mad-Den Traffic Surfers
